Fairfield Inn & Suites Chicago Downtown/River North

We had a nice stay at this business hotel. Stayed here for 7 nights and loved our choice. The room they gave us was updated and neat with 2 TV's and sofa, as example.

The hotel was clean, had good staff and location. Comfy beds, a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control and a writing table in the room. We loved a good restaurant.

The hotel was clean and the location and food were very good. I ate at a great restaurant in the area close early. Variety of options for breakfast including slices of fresh bread, yogurt and hot waffles. Overall such great stay on a 3 day business trip.

Had an excellent stay in our room several hours before "official " check in time, loved staff and location. The breakfast was included and consisted of slices of fresh bread, cereal, yogurt and hot waffles.

It was spotless and contemporary place, had nice staff and rooms. The room was silent with very comfy beds.

We appreciated the hotel, it was inexpensive and had ideal location not far from major retail shops, eateries & places of interest, all the main shopping areas, the Magnificent Mile. Our stay was a very good experience.

We had a truly memorable time. Clean hotel, we appreciated immaculate stuff and location. For breakfast they offered bacon, eggs and hot waffles. The bedrooms where fairly good. Courtesy from the whole staff. Lovely interior, pleasant restaurant.

Special hotel located in a very very nice area next to downtown, Chicago, the center of Chicago. The breakfast was enormous, there were savoury hot waffles, eggs and bacon. I loved the room, it was ideal, had incredible bed and luxury bathroom. The staff was top-class, smart, and everything was perfectly fine. Had refreshing wines and beers in the poolside bar.

I really enjoyed my magnificent stay. The hotel was truly exceptional, including fabulous cleanliness and location. Big room, marble-lined bathroom. Heated pool area with waterfalls and a whirlpool. The beach nearby was amazing and the view was impressive.

Extremely convenient & perfectly clean hotel, it was in a decent location, has smart staff. I loved continental breakfast ; it was above average. Pool was clean and there were waterfalls and a sauna. The beach near the property was stunning.

Superbly friendly staff, cozy bed, bright bathroom. Room was great and with an excellent view. The breakfast was plentiful and had good choice of options. Cozy location adjacent to the beach. The brilliant service and the attention to detail were stand outs! Plus their wifi was very good.

It is a FAMILY-FRIENDLY hotel, I loved very cozy rooms and exceptional location. The staff are super efficient, they look after you and provide an impeccable service. Downtown area near the venue. And it's about 5 minutes' walk from blue chicago orchestra.

More than adequate breakfast and terrific, well done rooms. Restaurant was exceptional and clean. Warm staff, answered all questions. Had cold drinks in the night bar...
